Display of Words
When we display the lyrics to our our songs on our website or elsewhere, we are doing so to assist our viewers in evaluation of the lyrics for a number of reasons. A primary focus of our website is to make our information accessible to those viewers who use assistive technology. For instance, if a person has hearing loss we would like them to be able to evaluate our words before they purchase them in some form. Sometimes we will include all or part of our words to explain a concept in one of our stories or devotionals, or we might embroider the lyrics on a T-shirt or Hoodie.
Displaying the lyrics on our website, in advertising, or on a T-shirt just to name a few examples, does not bestow any usage permissions on the viewer or reader. In order to receive any usage permissions for our lyrics the reader will need to purchase permissions from us.
